Group therapy for sex addiction offers a powerful space to heal alongside others who truly understand what you’re going through. In this supportive and confidential environment, men share their struggles with sexual compulsivity, pornography addiction, and betrayal, while learning skills for recovery, accountability, and healthy intimacy. The group process helps reduce shame and isolation — replacing secrecy with connection and honesty. Members learn to identify triggers, build emotional regulation, and support each other through setbacks and breakthroughs. Together, we create a space where you can be fully seen without judgment and begin the journey toward lasting recovery, healthy sexuality, and genuine connection.
Why Group Matters
Individual therapy is powerful — but group work offers unique benefits:
Peer validation & normalization: you see others struggle too
Witnessing and accountability — others can observe patterns you may miss
Safe confrontation & feedback in real time
Shared learning: hearing different perspectives
Reduced isolation — feeling seen, supported
