Individual Therapy

Intimacy can be complicated, and it’s common to face challenges that feel difficult to talk about. Sex therapy provides a supportive space to address concerns like desire differences, performance anxiety, or feeling disconnected in your sexual relationship. Together, we’ll work toward creating more comfort, confidence, and connection in your intimate life.
